Heather A. Lehman Fagan
Heather Lehman Fagan has extensive experience handling client matters – from case management and depositions through mediation and trials – in the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims and Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. She currently consults with employers and insurance carriers on ways to handle workplace incidents in the most-cost efficient and effective manner, benefiting all parties involved.
Lehman Fagan represented injured parties for many years, and she brings a unique ability to be “two steps ahead” of opposing counsel thanks to this experience. She is adept at identifying issues and defenses that are unique to each situation and claim, and she handles all aspects of each claim. Lehman Fagan has taught legal education courses in both the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims and the new Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission administrative system.
In addition, Lehman Fagan is experienced in handling civil litigation, subrogation claims and bad-faith cases, and she is a licensed civil mediator.
