Mr. Shephard is a civil litigator who represents clients in state and federal courts (at both the trial and appellate court levels) in the state of Oklahoma. He concentrates his practice on construction litigation, oil and gas litigation, complex litigation (including class-action defense), medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and premises liability defense.
