Wayne Billings practices general civil litigation, including contract disputes, partnerships and joint ventures, complex business litigation, securities litigation, oil and gas, lien and real property litigation, construction litigation, and municipal defense. He has handled numerous lawsuits involving homeowners associations and restrictive covenants. His experience also includes family business litigation, trust disputes, and personal injury/products liability litigation.
