With over 25 years of experience, Philip A. Schovanec focuses his practice on energy law and commercial litigation. He handles all aspects of civil litigation and regularly advises clients in business organization, contract planning, and transactional matters across the energy and general business sectors.

Philip represents clients before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and other municipal and administrative agencies, and is well-versed in regulatory matters, construction disputes, and commercial real estate issues. He also handles appellate matters tied to regulatory and trial court proceedings.

In addition to his legal practice, Philip has authored and co-authored multiple publications and presented on topics including oil and gas, surface rights, wind energy, and other key business issues.
