A fifth-generation Oklahoman, Anita K. Anthony brings over thirty years of legal experience to her practice.

Anita Anthony’s expertise spans multiple areas, including real property law, energy law, personal injury defense, premises liability defense, municipal law, banking, and transportation. Her extensive knowledge of these fields, combined with her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes, has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and litigator. With a deep-rooted connection to Oklahoma, Anita has dedicated her career to representing and advising corporations, municipalities, and individuals in an array of legal matters across state, tribal, and federal courts.

Anita began her legal career as an assistant city attorney for the City of Norman, Oklahoma, focusing on land use and property law. She also served as a judge for the former municipality of Hall Park, Oklahoma. Prior to returning to the Oklahoma City area, Anita worked in Tulsa as assistant general counsel for a mid-sized oil company and then continued to represent oil and gas companies and other commercial clients privately in Tulsa. Anita is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas, as well as before all federal courts in Oklahoma and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma.
