Fellers Snider Welcomes Gary Quinnett as Shareholder

Fellers Snider is pleased to announce that Gary Quinnett has joined the firm as a Shareholder.

Gary brings more than 15 years of legal experience advising businesses, lenders, developers, contractors, and property owners on complex transactions and disputes. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, construction law, commercial real estate, creditors’ rights, and business formation and governance.

Before entering private practice, Gary worked for a Fortune 500 company where he negotiated agreements with companies across the globe while living and working in multiple U.S. markets. That experience continues to shape his practical, business-minded approach to helping clients navigate legal challenges and opportunities.

In addition to his legal practice, Gary is a recognized author and educator. He has authored multiple publications on Oklahoma construction law, regularly teaches legal courses for attorneys, and remains at the forefront of emerging legal technologies and industry developments.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Gary is active in numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Business and Corporate Law Section, and the Oklahoma Creditors Rights Bar Association.
