A former Oklahoma District Judge, Steve Adams has practiced law for 25 years and tried 104 jury trials to a verdict as a trial lawyer or trial judge. Steve has handled a variety of cases in federal and state courts, and before federal and state regulatory agencies, related to the rights and duties of energy producers, including defending environmental claims of groundwater and surface damages, toxic torts, defending claims for underpayment of oil and gas royalties, claims related to indemnity agreements, and claims asserting fraud and breach of contract relating to business combinations, acquisitions and divestitures.
