obtaining patents in a variety of technical areas and industries and is

Mr. Weeks also practices extensively in trademark, copyright and trade secret matters and in the fields of technology acquisition, licensing and transfer.
Prior to moving to Tulsa , Mr. Weeks was a member of the Trial Group in a large Dallas law firm where he litigated significant civil commercial and technology law disputes. He continues to be involved in litigation matters at Fellers Snider.
Born in Chitose , Japan in 1964, Mr. Weeks moved to Greenville , Texas in 1967, where he was raised as a Texas Longhorn fan. However, in light of having attended both Texas A&M and the University of Texas , Mr. Weeks lays claim each season to whichever team has the best chance to beat OU (only to be disappointed anyway).
