Curt Long has 34 years of experience in energy and telecommunications, representing clients in state and federal courts, and before regulatory commissions.  His practice is concentrated on litigation and regulation of the natural gas, electric and telecommunications industries.  Mr. Long's experience also includes the negotiation of retail and wholesale contracts for natural gas, electric, telecommunications, water and process water discharge services.

CLIENTS & MATTERS:

Mr. Long’s clients include utilities, pipelines, wireline and broadcast telecommunications companies, energy producers and wireless carriers.  He has handled numerous complex matters, resolving disputes through litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation.  Significant projects have included retail and wholesale telecommunications services; utility franchises and rights-of-way; natural gas supply contracts; retail electric services; consulting services; severance taxes; water and natural gas services to electric power plants; utility rates and tariffs; natural gas storage agreements; natural gas processing and gathering; and retail and wholesale natural gas services.
