Mr. Tippens practices primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation involving banking, taxation, oil and gas, real property, insurance, agricultural and water law, environmental liability, intellectual property rights, corporate disputes and commercial arbitration. He will also accept certain large personal injury and wrongful death cases and white collar criminal cases. Mr. Tippens has tried over 50 jury trials with some cases involving over $100 million. He also serves as a mediator in larger business disputes. Mr. Tippens has a combined twenty years of experience in serving on the Board of Directors and loan committees of two banks and he operates his own cattle ranch.
