Mr. McCarthy is a registered patent attorney who practices in all areas of intellectual property law prosecution, litigation and counseling, development and management of Fortune 500 client IP assets, client liaison and coordination, with a special emphasis on software, computer-related, electrical and electronic technologies, including digital control systems, communications, data compression, magnetic and optical data recording.
