Mr. Donelson practices in the areas of labor and employment law and general civil litigation. His practice has included representation of clients in defense of cases arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, in addition to cases involving retaliation under the various federal and state laws relating to employee discipline. Mr. Donelson has provided compliance advice relating to employment issues, including day-to-day questions regarding the application of the various laws to the employer, as well as issues relating to discipline and discharge. In addition to having tried or arbitrated a number of employment related matters, Mr. Donelson served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Oklahoma Department of Labor. His experience includes representation of class wide suits involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Moreover, he has successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements on behalf of the employer.
