Mr. Eissenstat practices in the areas of
complex business and commercial litigation, business torts, computer law,
shareholder derivative suits, class actions, insurance law, antitrust,
securities litigation, intellectual property litigation and employment
disputes. He frequently speaks and moderates seminars on business torts,
punitive damages and computer law.
