For over thirty-five years Mr. McCarthy has engaged in a wide range of intellectual property law and related matters. He has been an adjunct Professor of Law at Oklahoma City University, teaching courses on intellectual property, and has conducted numerous seminars on Intellectual Property Law. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma, with over ten years of experience in the areas of manufacturing and process engineering.
