• Assisted incumbent local exchange carriers in obtaining reduced regulatory oversight from state regulatory agency.
• Defense of national wireless carrier against class action allegations of fraud and violation of various state Consumer Protection Acts in connection with sale of data plan. 
• Defense of national wireless carrier against claims filed by 44 plaintiffs for alleged violation of Federal Communications Act. 
• Representation of telecommunication call centers in litigation involving alleged business torts and breach of contract. 
• Representation of national telecommunications company in property tax litigation in Oklahoma and Arkansas. 
• Defense of national publicly traded telecommunications carrier in class action against claims for alleged Consumer Protection Act and other violations stemming from early termination of phone service. 
• Representation of major national publicly traded telecommunications carrier in tax litigation with the state of Oklahoma. 
• Fellers Snider represents a major wireless telephone company in a suit brought by 61 separate customers, seeking over $260 million in damages, for alleged torts and consumer protections violations.  The Firm compelled twenty of those plaintiffs to arbitration and successfully defended their claims.  The Firm obtained summary judgment on most of the claims against the plaintiffs, causing several plaintiffs to dismiss their claims voluntarily.  Only seventeen of the original plaintiffs remained in the lawsuit, and the claims have little, if any, value.
