- Represented physicians in prosecution of patent claims.
- Prosecuted copyright, trademark and misappropriation of trade secret claims against various defendants arising out of the invention, development, processing and sale of pipeline epoxy wrapping material.
- Defended national insurance broker and individuals against business tort claims alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Represented real estate developer in trademark infringement and business tort-related claims.
- Represented national telecommunications company in alleged trademark infringement and Lanham Act claims.
- Represented multiple clients as lead counsel in complex business litigation/patent cases involving technologies such as double fired coker charge heaters (petrochemicals), industrial burners, flare tips (petrochemical), F-type cable connectors (CATV), medical monitoring devices, computer software, electronic security at ATM locations, asphalt paving equipment, environmental solvents, metal building fabrications, food processing equipment, adhesives, business forms, sewage basins and pumps, remote controlled trolling motors, fishing reels, fishing lures, and archery equipment.
