• Founded and have represented a major race horse association from its inception.
• Handled a majority of the significant horse lawsuits involving the mysterious death of Jet Deck, partnership fight over Go Man Go, syndication disputes over Six Fols and Special Effort, bankruptcies involving Special Effort and Pie In The Sky and many other horses. 
• Have represented many of the largest breeding farms in the country.
• Have represented many of the largest thoroughbred and quarter horse breeders/ owners in Oklahoma. 
• Tried cases before the American Quarter Horse Association, the racing Stewards at various tracks and before the Oklahoma Horse Race Commission.
• Have represented amajor race horse magazine for over 30 years.
• Have represented horse owners in disputes over insurance coverage and loss of use policy    provisions.
• Have represented horse owners in disputes over registration, DNA parentage verification and recission of horse purchase contracts.
