• Performance of due diligence and organizing a bid for the acquisition of a major pipeline involved in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy
• Representation of the borrower in negotiating and implementing a multi-million dollar agricultural loan transaction on the farms located in several different states
• Negotiation of the acquisition of a major energy marketing company by a hedge fund client
• Acquisition of a series of banks by a national banking association
• Representation of  both sellers and purchasers in the acquisition and sale of automobile dealerships

LITIGATION:

• Defense of a publicly traded oil and gas drilling company and its officers and directors against claims for violation of federal and state securities laws and common law fiduciary duty obligations in connection with a merger. 
• Representation of chief financial officer in civil and criminal securities litigation stemming from failed business involving the securitization of credit card debt. 
• Representation of major Oklahoma City law firm and lawyers in multiple cases involving securities/legal malpractice claims. 
• Representation of various directors and officers of failed financial institution in numerous cases brought by the FDIC and/or FSLIC involving complex business litigation/fraud/breach of fiduciary duty claims.
