• Represented publicly-traded oil and gas companies in acquisition and financing of downtown Oklahoma City office tower and associated parking facilities and various types of producing and non-producing properties.
• Represented purchasers in significant sale/leaseback financings of restaurant, hospitality, and retail properties.
• Represented developer of government office buildings and private correctional facilities in acquisition, development, and bank and equity financing.
• Represented purchaser in acquisition and financing of a package of Oklahoma shopping centers.
• Represented the receiver of the Federal Land Bank of Jackson in Receivership and liquidated all $2 billion mortgage loan assets of that entity.
• Represented seller in liquidating a $30 million real estate investment trust portfolio located all over the USA.
• Currently serving as principal outside counsel for a commercial and residential real estate development company and for owners of major agricultural properties located in four states.
• Work with developers of all types of commercial and residential properties, including apartments, residential and non-residential condominiums, office buildings as well as single and multiple tenant retail and mixed-use projects.
• Represent both landlords and tenants in negotiation and preparation of space leases and ground leases covering a wide variety of properties including office, retail, restaurant, self-storage, agricultural and industrial projects.
