For several decades, Fellers Snider has represented national and international clients in structuring and closing transactions involving the sale, registration, leasing and financing of commercial and business aircraft as well as in related matters pertaining to the Federal Transportation Code and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aircraft Registry located in Oklahoma City. We are located a short distance from the FAA Aeronautical Center and are frequently called upon to act as special FAA counsel regarding various aspects of aircraft transactions.
