Our attorneys also have extensive experience in representing charitable organizations in the handling and administration of charitable gifts. Our attorneys have represented trust departments of various institutions on numerous matters and have extensive experience in protecting the interests of beneficiaries, creditors and others in estate and trust matters, including handling all aspects of major probates, will contests and other similar litigation. Our attorneys have also prepared federal and state estate and gift tax returns for large estates and successfully defended them through the audit process both by the IRS and state agencies.
