On an ongoing basis, the Firm's lawyers practice before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in certificate applications, slamming complaints, cost dockets, rulemaking proceedings, carrier-of-last-resort obligations, interconnection agreement arbitrations and tariff filings. Clients include wireless service providers, incumbent local exchange carriers, wholesale transport carriers, interexchange carriers, broadband carriers and competitive local exchange carriers. This practice group offers experience in advising clients on a variety of issues arising from the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
