The Firm has extensive experience in counseling and assisting clients in addressing the questions and concerns which arise both in the public and private employment sectors. This practice area includes employment litigation involving claims of age, sex, race, disability, national origin and other types of discrimination and wrongful discharge claims asserted under state and federal law. The Firm is also involved in representing the interests of clients in workers' compensation claims. In addition, we represent state, county and local governmental entities in employment related areas, as well as in defending these entities in constitutional and civil rights litigation.
