Equine & Agricultural Law

The Firm has represented numerous clients on matters relating to the breeding, training, sale and financing of quarter horses and thoroughbreds. The Firm has provided representation in litigation and bankruptcy matters involving several well known horses. The Firms' representation has included matters before the Horse Racing Commissions in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. In addition, our firm is involved in the representation of farmers and ranchers and other parties in the agricultural industry, including commodity futures matters, cattle financing, feedlot operations and grazing contracts.
