In the past several years, our firm has handled the following major transactions:

Served as general counsel to the private receiver appointed by the Farm Credit Administration for one of the largest financial institution receiverships ever done. In conjunction with that representation the firm:

• Negotiated and implemented a bidding process and subsequent sale of $1.2 billion in mortgage loans in the states of Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi, one of the largest loan sales ever conducted;
  

• Negotiated and implemented the sale of millions of dollars of real estate; and
  

• Negotiated and implemented the sale of all remaining assets of the receivership in conjunction with obtaining financial assistance from a government related entity of over $300 million to satisfy remaining institutional bond debt.
  

• Represented a Wall Street investment company in the multi-million dollar acquisition of an interstate pipeline company and gas broker.
  

• Represented a publicly held bondholders committee in conducting extensive due diligence review of over $300 million of mortgage loans participated in by a real estate investment house with one of the country's largest mortgage lenders in conjunction with the financial restructure.
  

• Serves as Oklahoma counsel for a diversified international agribusiness company engaged domestically in animal production and processing including preparation of several major contracts to assure the supply of livestock for one of its major processing facilities.
