Bankruptcy

The Firm has an active practice in bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights. We represent debtors, secured creditors, franchisors, unsecured creditors and investors in bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations. We also have experience representing creditors in pre-bankruptcy negotiations with debtors, trustees in non-judicial workouts and court appointed receivers in judicial foreclosures. Our attorneys have also served as trustees in out-of-court trade arrangements to ensure that an entity continues to function out of the bankruptcy arena. Our bankruptcy practice has involved reorganizations of oil and gas companies, hotels, restaurants, department stores and automobile and truck dealerships.
