Aircraft Title & Financing

The Aircraft Registry of the Federal Aviation Agency is located in Oklahoma City. That FAA registry is the central office for filing title documents relating to all civil aircraft in the United States. As a result, we have many years of experience in counseling clients and preparing documentation with respect to the various aspects of aircraft transactions. Our services also include recording documents with the FAA, conferring with FAA counsel and other officials, and providing opinions relating to aircraft titles and security interests.
