Tyler J. Mantooth, Associate

Mr. Mantooth’s practice focuses on the procurement, enforcement, and defense of intellectual property rights. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of patents, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Mr. Mantooth has worked in a variety of engineering disciplines including mobile electronics, robotics, petroleum exploration, oil refining, and pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing. He has assisted clients in a variety of other industries including semiconductor design, circuit design, clothing, alternative power systems, hybrid memories including volatile and non-volatile components, remote control systems, pumping systems, climbing equipment, and computer software.
