Travis A. Fulkerson, Shareholder/Director

Since 2000, Mr. Fulkerson has represented employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases from prevention to conclusion. Mr. Fulkerson handles all phases of discovery, including taking depositions and conducting investigations of alleged claims. Mr. Fulkerson also represents employers and insurance carriers at hearings and trials before the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court. Additionally, he handles all phases of the appellate process, including making oral argument before the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court in preparation and writing of briefs before the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
