Todd A. Nelson has practiced law in Oklahoma and Kansas for more than 15 years. His practice emphasizes the areas of intellectual property and other business-related litigation. Mr. Nelson is a former President of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section, and he has been the moderator or a speaker for a number of litigation and intellectual property seminars/programs With regard to intellectual property, Mr. Nelson’s practice encompasses patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, including trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. He also negotiates and drafts technology licenses and other such agreements. With regard to other business litigation, he has litigated matters relating to a broad range of complex business issues, including banking, class actions, commercial property, contracts, corporate trustees, employment and other matters. In addition to matters in Oklahoma and Kansas courts, he has litigated cases in U.S. District Courts in Arizona, Georgia, Iowa, Montana, New York, Texas and Washington. Practices
