Mr. Tippens practices primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation including banking, contracts, oil and gas, real property, insurance, agricultural, equine and water law, intellectual property rights, corporate and partnership disputes and commercial arbitration. He was recognized by Best Lawyers as the Oklahoma City “Bet-the-Company Litigator of the Year” for 2009. Mr. Tippens has tried over 50 complex jury trials with some cases involving over $100 million. He also serves as a mediator in larger business disputes. Mr. Tippens has a combined twenty years of experience in serving on the Board of Directors and loan committees of two banks. He operates his own cattle ranch.
