Mr. Jordan practices in the area of general litigation. Additionally, Mr. Jordan practices military law and provides counsel to service members for court-martial, non-judicial punishment, administrative law and other military related issues.
Mr. Jordan is currently a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives serving the areas of Jenks, South Tulsa, and Glenpool. He was first elected in 2006 and now serves as an Assistant Majority Whip and Vice Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jordan worked in the residential construction and development business where he was involved in all aspects of design, construction, and real estate financing and sales.
After graduating law school, Mr. Jordan was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Judge Advocate (2000 - 2003 active duty) (1996-1999 reserves). He was assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina and served as the Military Justice Officer, Chief Trial Counsel (Prosecutor), and Legal Assistance Attorney. While on active duty he had the opportunity to deploy overseas as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and advise commanders on international and operational law issues.
