Roy C. Breedlove, Of Counsel

Roy Breedlove has practiced law in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 30 years. His practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets and related matters as well as litigation involving other complex issues.

Mr. Breedlove has been recognized in Chambers USA in the area of Intellectual Property. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Intellectual Property Law and in Oklahoma Super Lawyers in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation. Additionally, Mr. Breedlove has been included in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Appellate Law, Commercial Litigation and Professional Malpractice Law.

Mr. Breedlove has served as lead trial counsel on numerous patent cases. He has represented clients on matters in United States District Courts in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Arizona, Washington, New York and Georgia. He has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Breedlove has also served as an adjunct settlement judge on cases involving intellectual property issues in the Northern District of Oklahoma. He has spoken at numerous legal seminars on issues involving trial preparation and practice.
