Mr. Leffel practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance law and general civil litigation. He provides client counseling and litigation services to a wide range of corporate and individual clients. As a client counselor, Mr. Leffel seeks common sense solutions to business and personal disputes. As a litigator, Mr. Leffel represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state, federal and appellate courts.

• Lead trial counsel in Rodgers & Clark v. Trotter (CJ-2006-9842 District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma) obtaining 7 figure jury verdict for Plaintiffs defrauded in purchase of boat and RV business.
• Authored successful summary judgment brief in Chesapeake Energy Corp. v. TXD Services, LP, 2008 WL 268291 (W.D. Okla. Case No. CIV-07-318-C) resulting in $1.5 Million liquidated damages award to TXD.
• Obtained summary judgment for Farmers Insurance Company in Brown v. Farmers Insurance Company (W.D. Okla. Case No. CIV-05-0896-HE) on claim of bad faith, upheld on appeal to Tenth Circuit, 2007 WL 1452994.
• Assisted in successful defense and obtained summary adjudication for insurer in case alleging breach of contract and bad faith, upheld on appeal, May v. Mid-Century Ins. Co., 2006 OK 100, 151 P.3d 132.
