Ms. Sullivan’s practice covers a wide range of litigation. She represents large and small insurance carriers in defense of claims of “bad faith” and claims involving property, life insurance and automobile coverage. She also has successfully negotiated multiple claimant matters preventing the need for litigation. In addition, Ms. Sullivan represents individuals, privately owned businesses and public entities in all aspects of employment litigation, including before the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, EEOC, and the state and federal courts. Other practice areas include medical malpractice, products liability, construction and environmental claims.
