John B. Heatly, Shareholder/Director

John Heatly is a litigation attorney with over 30 years of experience, whose practice encompasses all forms of business related litigation including the prosecution and defense of cases involving investments, secured transactions, securities, trusts, professional negligence, accounting, insurance and other commercial controversies. He represents secured lenders, underwriters, insurance companies, healthcare corporations, cellular network supply companies, and fiduciaries in a broad range of business litigation matters.

John has also had extensive appellate level experience in the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. John has significant professional and civic involvement, having served on two separate three year terms on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma County Bar Association. In 2008, John was recognized for his professional and civic contributions to the State by being named as a recipient of the Journal Record’s Leadership in Law Award and given a special recognition award by the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
