Ms. Jones' practice focuses primarily on representation of creditors and trustees in bankruptcy reorganizations, both large and small. She also has a strong emphasis on commercial litigation and commercial and transactional matters, plus loan documentation and restructure and informal workouts of commercial loans. Her expertise includes commercial mortgage foreclosures, mechanics and materialmen’s lien foreclosures, lender liability defense, and oil and gas litigation. In addition, Ms. Jones represents lessors of commercial shopping centers and malls in lease disputes and eviction proceedings.
