Mr. Dooley is a registered patent attorney who practices in the areas of patent law, trademark law, trade secret law and technology licensing. He handles all areas of intellectual property law prosecution, litigation and counseling.

Mr. Dooley has developed and managed Fortune 500 client IP assets as well as valuation, licensing and technology transfers and acts as a client liaison and coordinator. His emphasis is on electro-mechanical devices, software, computer-related, electrical and electronic technologies, including digital control systems, communications, mechanical, robotic and automation systems, data compression as well as magnetic and optical data recording.

Prior to joining Fellers Snider, he maintained executive, management and engineering positions for over 25 years at the following companies: Pont Peripherals Corp., Sunnyvale.
