Ms. Houghton’s practice focuses on general commercial transactional matters. Ms. Houghton is knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of real estate, banking, foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and lender liability defense matters. She has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial and transactional matters involving commercial real estate transactions and residential and commercial lending in Oklahoma and Texas. Ms. Houghton also has experience in litigating complex business disputes in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.

Ms. Houghton also provides general counsel in the areas of aircraft title, finance and leasing, particularly with respect to the U.S. registration of aircraft and recording of security interests at the Federal Aviation Administration Registry in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as well as performing applicable registrations on the International Registry.
