Mr. Nice has exceptional experience in representing municipalities in zoning/planning, contracts, labor matters and workers compensation cases. He has also handled claims and lawsuits against cities.
He has worked extensively in development areas such as zoning matters, preparing Planned Unit Developments (PUDS), board of adjustment applications, closing and vacating public easements and other related municipal topics.
Prior to joining Fellers Snider, Mr. Nice spent almost twenty five years practicing law as a municipal attorney at the City of Norman. He was responsible for handling all areas of municipal law including acting as police legal advisor as well as advising city staff, city council boards and commissions on a variety of legal matters .
Mr. Nice has served as the Municipal Judge for the City of Del City, Oklahoma and currently serves as Presiding Judge. He also serves as a Municipal Judge for Moore, Moore, Noble, Blanchard, Valley Brook and Spencer, Oklahoma.
