Fellers Snider Welcomes Kelsie Sullivan

Kelsie Sullivan is joining the firm as an Associate attorney. She is coming on board with Richard Harris (shareholder) with whom she has worked at the former Walker, Harris & Wolfe law firm since November 2005.

Sullivan’s practice covers a wide range of litigation. She represents large and small insurance carriers in defense of claims of “bad faith” and claims involving property, life insurance and automobile coverage. She also has successfully negotiated multiple claimant matters preventing the need for litigation. In addition, Sullivan represents individuals, privately owned businesses and public entities in all aspects of employment litigation, including before the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, EEOC, and the state and federal courts. Other practice areas include medical malpractice, products liability, construction and environmental claims. Sullivan graduated in the top 20 percent of her class at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County bar Association. Sullivan is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, the Western & Northern U.S. Districts of Oklahoma and the Tenth Circuit of Appeals.
