Fellers Snider Welcomes Richard Harris

Richard Harris joins Fellers Snider as a Director and Shareholder. He represents commercial and personal lines insurers, as well as construction firms and building owners in all phases of litigation, including jury trials, arbitration, mediation, appellate advocacy, and coverage analysis. His experience includes bad faith litigation, construction contracts, negligence, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, employment, medical malpractice and casualty insurance litigation.
Harris attained his B.S. at Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell University (Magna Cum Laude). His honors include Order of the Coif and the Board of Editors for the Cornell Law Review. Harris is a member of the American and Oklahoma Bar Associations. He is licensed in all Oklahoma state courts, all U.S. District Courts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Harris has served on the Bench and Bar Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Holloway Inn of Court and the Oklahoma City Campaign for Legal Aid.
