Stephen J. Moriarty Joins Firm

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (April 24, 2009) – With over 25 years of bankruptcy expertise, Stephen J. Moriarty joins Fellers Snider Law Firm as a shareholder and director.

Mr. Moriarty’s practice areas include bankruptcy reorganization, business finance and restructuring, real estate bankruptcy, mortgage bankruptcy litigation, creditor’s rights, receivership and insolvency law. He will complement the Firm's bankruptcy practice with his debtor representation. Mr. Moriarty holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He attained his juris doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Moriarty is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He has served as an instructor for the National Business Institute since 1994.
