Andrea D. Everage, MHR, PHR

Andrea Everage is responsible for all operational and administrative aspects of the firm's Tulsa office. Additionally, she administers the firm's employee benefits. Before entering legal management, Andrea worked as a legal secretary, as a certificated paralegal, and as general manager of an inspirational radio station. Everage is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Gregory's University, and a Masters in Human Relations (MHR) from the University of Oklahoma.

 Mrs. Everage is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, where she serves on the Regional Management Team, and is a member of the local chapter . She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA), where she has served on the College Relations Committee and the Committee on Diversity. Mrs. Everage volunteers with various non-profit entities in Tulsa, and is a cycling and fitness enthusiast.

Susan L. French
Director of Administration

Serving as Director of Administration, Susan French is responsible for the oversight of all of the firm’s business affairs and operations. Susan has more than 30 years legal experience and has served in management of the firm since 1997. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Central Oklahoma. 

Susan is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and served as its president in 2009-2010. ALA is comprised of more than 10,000 legal management professionals around the world. As ALA’s President, Susan represented the Association at meetings and events involving legal management professionals, lawyers, consultants, legal vendors and law-related associations from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. She has been a speaker at numerous leadership and strategic planning retreats, meetings and continuing legal education programs. Susan served on ALA’s international board from 2006-2011. She is affiliated with ALA’s Oklahoma City and Tulsa Chapters, serving two years as the Oklahoma City Chapter President. 

Susan is an associate member of the American Bar Association. She has served as an advisory board member of the Rose State College Legal Assistant Program since 2000. She is the author of Recoverability of Legal Assistant Time in Attorney Fee Applications, 9 J. of Paralegal Educ. & Prac. 1 (1993). She is currently serving on the board of the Good Samaritan Health Clinic of Edmond. She also serves on the YWCA of Oklahoma City Human Resources Advisory Committee. Susan has been named a recipient of the 2010 Leadership in Law award by The Journal Record, which recognizes individuals who exercise leadership, contribute significant time and effort to volunteerism and have achieved much in their chosen area of the legal profession
 

Samuel Lincoln - MCSE, MCTS

A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Samuel Lincoln has served as the Fellers Snider Systems Administrator since 2000.  He oversees the firm’s hardware and software technology.

Samuel is a graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences (MIS emphasis). He is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and its Oklahoma City Chapter. 

 

Lori Mackey
Controller

As Controller, Lori Mackey oversees all day-to-day financial and accounting operations for the firm’s offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.   

She has worked in legal management positions since 1996.  Beginning her career in the legal community in 1991 as a Paralegal, Lori has a legal service industry foundation.  She has expanded upon this through education and the management positions she has held.  Prior to joining Fellers Snider, Lori worked for an Iowa law firm as its Chief Operating Officer.

Lori attended Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and an associate’s degree as a paralegal.  She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and its Oklahoma City Chapter. 

Nancy J. Moore
Legal Administrator (Oklahoma City)

As one of the firm’s legal administrators, Nancy Moore oversees the daily administration and operation of the firm’s Oklahoma City office.  Among her key responsibilities are employee staffing and development, facilities management, library administration, and special projects and activities.

Nancy began a 20 year career in the legal field in 1989 working for an intellectual property law firm in Tulsa as a receptionist and legal secretary.  Nancy later joined Fellers Snider’s IP Group as a legal secretary in 1998.  While in Tulsa, she also served as an administrative assistant to the firm’s Director of Administration.  In 2006, she moved to Oklahoma City where she was named to her current position as Legal Administrator.

Nancy is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.
